Occasionally, some users may experience an error when trying to download and run the setup file for TurboLaw Time and Billing (for example, when installing on a new computer). The error message will appear once the download is complete and you attempt to run the setup, and it will say:
Installer integrity check has failed. Common causes include incomplete download and damaged media. Contact the installer's author to obtain a new copy.
This problem is caused by an incomplete download - that is, the setup file for TurboLaw Time and Billing did not completely download to 100% (although your web browser thinks that it did). Incomplete downloads can happen if the download is interrupted.
When this problem occurs, you must re-download the file again. Usually this can be done by simply clicking the download link again. However, in some cases your web browser will "cache" (save) the incomplete file you downloaded, and instead of downloading it again when you click the link, it will simply re-use the (incomplete) file.
To correct this problem, you must clear your browser's cache. The steps to do this vary depending on which browser you are using, however we have provided instructions for some of the more common browsers below.
To clear the cache (called "Temporary Internet Files" in Internet Explorer), follow these steps:

It may take a few moments while Internet Explorer deletes the Temporary Internet files. Once this is complete, you can click on the download link again.
To clear the cache in Mozilla Firefox, follow these steps:

Note that TurboLaw products do not run directly in Mac OS X; you must use emulation (e.g., Parallels Desktop) to run Windows on your Mac before you can run TurboLaw products on your Mac. However, you may want to use your Mac's web browser to download the setup file (or perhaps just to download the setup file before copying it to another computer in your office).
